You may exchange or return any product for a refund or store credit within 30 days of having purchased it, given that your purchase is in new condition (unworn) with tags unless the product is on sale or a final sale item.

Domestic Returns

Refunds for store credit are free and we offer one free exchange per order!

For return refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct 30% to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If you need to make a return or exchange, call us at 716-807-2409 to start. If you need to make an exchange for a different item and/or color, please email us at EastCoastPsychics@gmail.com

To make a return by mail, simply make your return request online. After requesting a return form, you have 7 days to mail the items back to us.

International Returns

East Coast Psychics is unable to provide return labels for orders outside of the United States. To process an International Return call, us at (716) 807-2409 Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased during site-wide seasonal sales where items are reduced in price (including the Anniversary Sale, end of season sales, and holiday sales) are eligible for an exchange or return for store credit only

Retail Returns

Purchases made at retail stores carrying our goods are subject to the return policy of the store it was purchased from.

Wholesale Returns

Any returns or exchanges on wholesale orders are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase or placement of purchase order. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
