As a Reiki Practitioner I love to use crystals in my healing sessions. My two favorite crystals are Hematite and Turquoise. To share in the healing qualities of these two crystals I am sharing my favorite Reiki Infused bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendulums & rings. I wear hematite in my Reiki Sessions because of its grounding effects, protection from negative energies and because it keeps me centered on my own life path. I also place hematite stones on my client’s Solar Plexus to focus energy on their personal will power and to help them manifest their intentions. Hematite is associated with grounding, karma and past lives.

Turquoise, known as the “Stone of Heaven” builds a bridge between the wearer and the spiritual realm. Whereas hematite is keeping me grounded, wearing Turquoise during a Reiki Session helps me to connect with Light Beings and Spiritual Guides that assist in each Reiki Healing. Turquoise also balances and aligns all chakras, relieving one of depression and negative thoughts. Stones can be placed on each of the client’s chakras during the session.

Wear my jewelry and know you are being healed. Before wearing hold the piece in your cupped hands for about 5 minutes and feel the heat coming from them. Now place your intention into the jewelry. Wear the piece and witness miracles!

Each jewelry piece in this collection is Reiki Infused with the following Reiki Symbols.

Cho Ku Rei – The Power Symbol

Sei He Kei – The Emotional Symbol

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen – The Distant Healing Symbol

Raku – The Grounding Symbol (Distant and past Life Healing)

Mei Ku Do – Karmic Blockage Vaporizer

Dai Ko Myo – Danichi Naorai Power Symbol

Step one: Center yourself. You can do this by simply breathing with the intention of letting the stress out or make it more of a ritual by lighting candles, putting on some Zen music, or diffusing essential oils. Relax — the point here is to quiet your mind, so you'll be able to connect with your higher self-more easily.

Step two: Connect to the pendulum. Sit with your pendulum. Find a comfortable place for you to sit and begin to relax as much and you can. Hold the pendulum in your hand. Take a look at it. Respect it. To connect even further I like to do this by holding the pendulum in a fist by my heart for just a few seconds or breaths.

Step three: Establish a connection and identify your "Yes" and "No." You need to learn what your body's "yes" and "no" responses are. To establish this quickly, hold the pendulum 6 - 8 inches above the palm of your hand. Begin to ask simple yes/no questions that you know the answers to and see what the responses are. I like to say "My name is..." Take note of what happens for each response.

Step four: Ask your questions. This is the easy part, but you must keep in mind that the pendulum can only answer simple yes/no questions. If you ask something that isn't directly a yes or no, your answer won't be clear.

And that's it!
